Replacement Warranty

vCloudpoint provides a 3-year Replacement Warranty for models like A1, S100 and V1 from the date of Purchase, which includes Hardware Unit and power adapter.

Incase of DOA ( Dead on Arrival ) or getting faulty in 3 years time frame from purchasing the customers are eligible for claiming for Replacement of Device.

Customers are eligible to claim Hardware Device to Hardware Device and power adapter to power adapter in case of fault.
