First, right from understanding the Client Requirement in various aspects like the application used, the operating system is going to be deployed in real time. After understanding all these, our technical team will suggest technical solutions for the end customers. In this process we will be sizing up the server according to the customer requirements as well.
VCloudpoint offers technical assistance from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days a week, with Sunday being the only day off.
In addition to that, we organize a weekly training program to all channel partners located across India, which covers the fundamentals of our technology, products, and various types of solutions deployed.
For all existing partners, we conduct monthly training related to the various latest updates and new features in our product.
Yes, we certify a Technical Engineer via online examination after successful technical training. Once it is cleared, we provide a Certificate as a Certified professional on vCloudpoint Solution.
