Terms and Conditions for Warranty Policy

1. As a standard policy we provide 3 Years Replacement warranty for our model A1, S100 and V1 from the date of Purchase.
2. Any clients can reach our toll free number for any support.
3. Physical Damage will not cover under warranty.

Cancellation and Refund policy

1. Once products purchased cannot be returned or cancelled as per our policy.
2. In case of Dead on Arrival, Replacement device will be provided as per our standard replacement procedure.

Shipping and Delivery Time policy

1. After the Payment is successfully made, the shipment will start next working day.
2. Materials will be usually despatched on next working day according to stock availability. Delivery time is according to client locations, normally it takes from 3 to 7 working days.
3. Shipping cost is standard per unit Rs. 25 on Road Transfer and Rs.50 on Air Transfer.
