WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase, which will be determined by a valid proof of purchase that includes the following information

If a valid proof of purchase is not available, the warranty start date will be determined based on the date of manufacture.OUT OF WARRANTY
If the serial number validation determines that your vCloudpoint product is out of warranty, vCloudpoint will not replace the defective device. You should purchase a new device from your reseller. For this reason, we encourage you to purchase Extended Hardware Warranty.
If you would like to extend the 2-year Warranty of your device, you may purchase a 1- or 2-year extension. The Extended Hardware Warranty option must be purchased at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the Standard Hardware Warranty Period. Any older hardware that is no longer covered by the Standard Hardware Warranty is not eligible for the Extended Hardware Warranty.

The Warranty is provided to the original Customer only and is not transferable to any third party. This Warranty is voided by the removal or alteration of identification labels on the vCloudpoint product or hardware components.
INDIA WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
vCloudpoint has not authorized any e-commerce company or web portal to sell Vcloudpoint products in India. vCloudpoint does not take responsibility for the genuineness of the product sold through these sites, and warranty will not be valid on vCloudpoint products purchased through any of these e-commerce sites . All Customers in India are advised to purchase only through Authorized Partners or www.vcloudpoint.in web site only.
Note: HARDWARE REPLACEMENT
With the standard RMA process, a replacement unit is not shipped until the defective unit is received by Vcloudpoint HO in chennai Tn .
